- By opting in, users consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from HostKit, restaurants using HostKit, or both, depending on the signup, reservation, review, support, campaign, or checkout context.
- Messages may include transactional updates, reservation reminders, review requests, missed-call replies, support messages, billing/service notices, promotional campaigns, and opt-out confirmations.

- Reply HELP for help where supported, or contact support@hostkitapp.com.
- Message frequency varies by restaurant, campaign, reservation, review, support, and service workflow. Message and data rates may apply.
Restaurant responsibilities

- Restaurants must avoid prohibited content, misleading claims, unlawful promotions, discriminatory targeting, and messages sent outside applicable quiet-hour rules.
- Restaurants are responsible for customer-facing message content they create, approve, or send.
