- Do not use HostKit for unlawful content, spam, harassment, deceptive reviews, fake ratings, prohibited products, discriminatory targeting, malware, scraping, credential abuse, or security testing without authorization.
- Do not send messages without required consent or after opt-out. Do not use misleading sender names, deceptive subject lines, or hidden advertising disclosures.
- Do not publish inaccurate allergen, ingredient, price, promotion, availability, safety, health, or nutrition claims.
Restaurant content and takedowns
- Restaurants must own or have rights to photos, logos, menu text, reviews, customer data, campaign lists, and uploaded content.
- HostKit may remove, disable, or restrict content that appears unlawful, abusive, infringing, unsafe, inaccessible, misleading, or otherwise risky.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, content, or DMCA-style takedown notices can be sent to legal@hostkitapp.com with enough information to investigate.
AI and automation abuse
- AI and automation must not be used to impersonate people, generate deceptive reviews, hide disclosures, produce unlawful targeting, or send messages without human review where review is required.
- Restaurants must review AI drafts before publishing or sending them.
