Version 2026.06.07 | Effective June 7, 2026 | Last updated June 7, 2026

Cancellation process

  • Customers may request cancellation through billing support, account workflows, or a written request from an authorized account owner.
  • Most cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless immediate shutdown is requested or required.
  • Before cancellation, customers should export needed data, confirm domain transfer needs, review QR/NFC shutdown effects, and resolve open invoices.

Service shutdown and data

  • Live services such as menu pages, QR links, websites, messaging, reservations, review workflows, and integrations may stop working after cancellation or nonpayment.
  • Data retention after cancellation follows the Privacy Policy, Data Usage Policy, DPA, legal holds, backup cycles, and customer request workflows.
  • Reactivation may restore services when data, domains, billing, and integrations remain available.
